SOE only allocates 4 to 8 students to each class. With such a low teacher-student ratio, this ensures the quality of teaching at our institution.

Each lesson is typically conducted for about 1 hour 45 minutes, which have been tested to best retain students’ attention spans. Depending on the intended topic for the session, students may be grouped accordingly to be debriefed about the topic’s main concepts as well as detailed shortcut strategies to solve its problems easily. Our SOE coaches will walkthrough step-by-step answering techniques to solve common topical questions before engaging in application. There will be a mandatory 5-minute break halfway through the class.
Yes. SOE provides a free 1-hour trial lesson for new students to permit them to see if they are comfortable with our tuition centre’s style of teaching. Our SOE coaches will also take this opportunity to quickly assess and report the student’s academic strengths, weaknesses and needs. Should they decide that they do not wish to continue, they can keep the given materials.

Yes, SOE will try arrange an alternative makeup class should you miss your allocated session with a valid reason. However, if you miss that again, we reserve the right to forfeit your missed session.
